Job Summary
WEM Project Manager within Five9's Professional Services to support Workforce Engagement Management project delivery and internal operational excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing WEM implementation projects from initiation to completion; partnering with customers, consultants, trainers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track; managing timelines, milestones, risks, and action items; facilitating cross-functional communication; supporting customer escalations and handoffs; maintaining project documentation in PSA, Monday.com, and other systems; and driving operational improvements such as forecasting accuracy, resource visibility, and delivery workflows. The role also involves forecasting analysis, delivery metrics tracking, and development of scalable processes. Preferred qualifications include PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications and experience with PSA platforms, Looker, Salesforce, and SaaS/Professional Services environments. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills, along with a customer-focused and ownership-driven mindset, are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations analysis, process improvement, or related roles
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution accuracy and operational consistency
- Experience improving processes, workflows, or operational efficiencies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable learning new technologies and communicating concepts at a high level
- Prior contact center, WEM, or Professional Services experience preferred
