Job Summary
Own the digital employee experience for the site by acting as a strategic digital consultant who bridges cutting-edge technology with day-to-day business productivity. Manage day-to-day IT activities, provide second-level technical resolution for field-based spaces, and take decisive ownership of incidents to restore user productivity. Present complex technical information to non-technical audiences and proactively approach business functions to suggest methods that increase productivity. Design and conduct training programs to educate users on digital technology applications while serving as a go-to resource for colleagues with less experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science or applicable discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience with IT/desktop support
- Excellent working knowledge of the ITIL v3 processes in IT service delivery
- Strong consultative mindset
- Proactive communicator
- Self-starter capable of working under minimal guidance
- Passion for elevating the employee digital experience
