Workforce Development Lead Hands

Coordinate training, recertification, and sign-off for employees to maintain a safe, aware, and knowledgeable workforce adhering to health and safety and food safety standards. Process applicable paperwork, update training tracking files, and maintain an organized work area per policies and regulations. Communicate job standards with trainees, assist trainers by providing direction and assigning work, and perform all tasks to ensure quality. Determine and report employee training progress to the appropriate authority while working in job rotation as required. Report issues to the Supervisor and participate in relevant educational opportunities. This Night shift role reports directly to the Training Supervisor and requires previous Eden Valley Poultry experience.
