Job Summary
Educator and mentor for Project Search interns in a medical setting, delivering job readiness and workplace skills training; design and present monthly lesson plans, monitor intern professionalism, provide individualized coaching, develop internship tasks and step analyses, build hospital internship pipelines, coordinate events, and support graduate placement and job retention at Kaiser Permanente. Typical schedule is 37 hours per week, with some weekend availability. Requires bilingual Spanish, curriculum development experience, and strong communication/organizational skills; travel between multiple job sites is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience leading classes, workshops, or educational training
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Slides, Microsoft Excel, Canva
- Reliable transportation required for travel between multiple job sites
