Job Summary
Workforce Development Instructor responsible for leading Project Search intern training and professional development in a hospital setting, designing monthly training materials and task analyses, coordinating internship placements, building relationships with hospital departments, developing events and portfolios, and supporting graduates transitioning to employment with Kaiser Permanente. Requires bilingual Spanish, at least 1 year of teaching/training experience, curriculum design skills, and ability to travel between multiple job sites; includes 37 hours/week schedule with some weekends and a starting hourly rate of $22.00.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience leading classes, workshops, or educational training
- Experience developing, implementing, and modifying curriculum based on learner needs
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Slides, Microsoft Excel, Canva and Digital content creation tools
- Reliable transportation required for travel between multiple job sites
