Job Summary
Coordinate workforce development programs across the organization, manage resident/student placements and onboarding support, maintain affiliation agreements with colleges/universities/residency programs, promote and communicate organizational workforce development initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance with NHSC and HRSA initiatives. Oversee licensure/credentialing tracking and DEA expiration reminders, support learning management systems and employee engagement platforms, assist with onboarding, performance reviews, surveys, and reporting, and collaborate with HR, leadership, and educational partners to drive workforce development and organizational learning in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (AA) required
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, workforce development, healthcare administration, education coordination, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience using SharePoint, Smartsheet, HRIS systems, and learning management systems
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism in sensitive situations
