Job Summary
Workforce Development Training Coordinator supports Port Arthur LNG project craft training programs, coordinates classes, instructor evaluations, leads apprentice training efforts, administers on-site NCCER certification testing, tracks VOC/CTO, maintains training records in SAP, and collaborates with the Project Workforce Services Manager to ensure training aligns with NCCER and Energy guidelines while facilitating certification and competency assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 2-5 years relevant experience or 6-9 years relevant work experience
- NCCER Master Trainer; or ability to obtain
- NCCER Certified in a Trade
- NCCER Rigging Practical Examiner; or ability to obtain
- Bechtel Trainer for JLG/Sky Climber/Fork Lift/Cranes
