Job Summary
Leads the design and activation of enterprise workforce development strategies to strengthen DPR’s long-term workforce capacity, translating future needs into scalable solutions such as early career pipelines, apprenticeships, and upskilling programs. Bridges strategy and execution across stakeholders, partners, and delivery teams to ensure organizational readiness, governance, and measurable outcomes. Drives governance, partnership development with educational institutions and workforce boards, and program activation from concept to implementation while monitoring impact and refining initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in workforce development (CWDP, CPLP, SHRM-CP)
