Workforce Development Case Manager

Job Summary
Case Manager to oversee case management in workforce development programs with a youth-focused, remote-friendly role. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality case management and career services to youth, developing individualized service plans, monitoring progress toward educational and employment goals, providing career exploration and job readiness support, and coordinating with partners to ensure program compliance. The role involves designing workshops, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with a team of youth specialists to uphold a youth-centered approach across programming.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, education, or related field
- Master’s degree in social work (LCSW) or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in case management, youth services, workforce development, or related fields
- Highly organized with the ability to maintain detailed records and complete required reporting
- Experience with workforce development programs such as WIOA preferred
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote environment
