Job Summary

Workforce Coordinator role focusing on real-time monitoring and workforce management for a high-production, multi-channel call center. Responsible for scheduling optimization, intra-day staffing adjustments, agent adherence tracking, absenteeism management, and collaboration with leadership to meet service levels and business objectives. Requires scheduling/forecast modeling understanding, ability to produce daily/weekly/monthly reports, and strong Excel skills. Remote-friendly environment with emphasis on data-driven decision making; Nice inContact CX One and other scheduling software familiarity are a plus. Applicable education is high school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of call center experience preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years call center experience
  • Resource management experience – multi channel call center
  • Microsoft Office – heavy Excel experience
  • Prior knowledge of scheduling software (Nice inContact CX One is a plus)
