Job Summary
Curate and maintain relevant workforce data while developing Power BI dashboards to visualize essential metrics. Deliver ad hoc reports and high-impact insights to support strategic workforce planning decisions. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify process improvements, solve data gaps, and conduct time-sensitive analysis. Focus on maintaining data integrity and cleanliness across all deliverables. This role requires an Associate's degree with six months of experience in data analysis and reporting. The position is a full-time day shift at MultiCare, a Pacific Northwest healthcare system serving over 28,000 team members across Washington and Northern Idaho.
