Job Summary
Workflow Support Coordinator role handling end-to-end pre/post sales workflows. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries to ensure end-to-end processes are understood and adhered to, guiding internal customers on data flow requirements, and collaborating with IT on system/tool implementations and enhancements (e.g., ServiceNow, SegraOne, SharePoint, Confluence). Requires training across Markets, acts as SME for pre/post sales processes, and supports process improvements and reporting. Hybrid work arrangement: minimum three days in the office with two remote days each week. Requires strong MS Office proficiency and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience or interest in telecommunications industry (preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to train across markets
- Understanding of pre/post sales processes and related systems/tools (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence)
- SME regarding pre/post sales processes, methods and procedures
