Job Summary
Workflow Planner role based in Limerick, Ireland, focused on scheduling works through multiple work management systems (Citrix, Maximo, GeoPal, Totalmobile), programming work streams, liaising with site crews and supervisors, creating and monitoring Work Orders and Service Requests, and producing detailed Excel-based reports. The successful candidate will maintain the Shareridge work management system, use GIS mapping to programme works (training provided for GIS; some CAD experience advantageous), and contribute to data analysis and reporting. Requires strong MS Office proficiency (Excel/Pivot tables), clear communication, and a degree in construction/civil discipline (or related/comparable qualification). This is a full-time, office-based position in a growing Irish engineering company.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in construction/civil related discipline; graduate of Business Information Systems or similar would also be considered
