Job Summary
Senior Associate, Workflow Orchestration and Automation within Marketing Automation Platforms. Partners with Product Manager to identify opportunities via user research, defines requirements as epics and user stories, analyzes product metrics across the development life cycle, and communicates effectively with stakeholders to align on value and strategy. Drives discovery for new lines of business, enhances collaboration between development and business leads, and maintains deep curiosity about marketing operations to share learnings with the team. Based in Columbus, OH.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Partner with enterprise level applications from Proof of Concept to maintenance of mature environments
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking with stakeholders at all levels while document requirements in agile story form
- Developed Business Process Maps in Visio or similar tools and comfortable presenting the process
- Experienced in Agile environments, including JIRA, supporting key developments with scrum teams, and presenting outcomes to business partners
