Job Summary
Lead and scale two critical teams (LLM Labeling and Workflow Operations) to power Doppel’s products, automation systems, and customer outcomes. Oversee alert triage, operational decision-making, data labeling, quality assurance, queue management, prioritization, escalation handling, and the development of datasets, taxonomies, workflows, and review processes. Partner across Operations, Product, Engineering, Detection, AI, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Architecture; drive automation opportunities, determine which tasks remain human-reviewed versus machine-assisted or fully automated; translate frontline operational knowledge into product requirements and scalable systems; support pre-sale and post-sale conversations around operational model, workflows, and efficiency roadmaps. Strong emphasis on building a culture of continuous improvement and operational rigor, with remote-first environment and meaningful equity opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an operational leader
- Experience building and scaling operational programs
- Experience with labeling, workflow operations, quality assurance, alert triage, queue management, escalation handling, or operational decision-making
- Ability to work across Operations, Product, Engineering, Detection, AI, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Architecture
- Ability to operate in both operational and technical environments
- Ability to engage with executive customers and both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to create a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and operational rigor
