Job Summary
As a Workflow Developer, you will build technical business processes and workflows automated by ServiceNow BPM tools. You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify requirements and develop detailed workflow solutions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing workflows, performing unit and regression testing, mentoring team members, and developing process improvements. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and substantial expertise with ServiceNow platform workflow development and integration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical role supporting and/or designing application technologies
- Practical experience as a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer / Architect
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow architectures
- Hands-on experience developing workflows within the Service Now platform
- Integration experience with core banking systems, CRM platforms, and event-driven architectures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services or banking industry
