Job Summary
Manage and maintain configuration data for core claims processing systems, including queues, reject codes, and global settings. Translate client requirements into solutions using existing system functionality while defining and maintaining system reference data and bulk loads. Troubleshoot system issues, debug defects, and consult with operations, IT, and development teams to determine root causes and implement fixes. Specify user interface requirements, approve relational database scripts, and develop test plans for new configuration settings. Ensure accuracy of system configuration pre and post implementation, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
