Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule San Marco Division workers' compensation appointments and attorney IMEs, ensuring efficient and timely operations. Manage intake information, demographic and insurance data, and uphold HIPAA compliance. Use GE Centricity to schedule, respond promptly to messages (within 24 hours), and maintain daily scanning and records processes. Role requires high-quality customer service in a healthcare setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior scheduling experience
- Prior customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communications skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
- Workers Compensation knowledge preferred

- Proficient in GE Centricity or similar EMR systems
