Job Summary
As a Workers’ Compensation Field Case Manager, you will provide medical and vocational case management services for workers' compensation injured workers and insurance customers. Responsibilities include coordinating return to work and medical management assistance, supporting injured workers, claims adjusters, attorneys, employers, and medical personnel. Essential skills include excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with a requirement of 3+ years in case management and QRC experience. A valid QRC certification and an active RN license are mandatory. The role supports autonomy with a Monday-Friday schedule and offers reimbursement for expenses.
Required Qualifications
- QRC certification required for the state of MN
- Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN) is required, active and unrestricted
- 3+ years case management and QRC experience
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing delivery of rehabilitation services
- Job-specific technical knowledge of workers compensation and disability industry
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency with standard corporate software applications
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual preferred
- Medical Management/Certified Professional Disability Manager (CPDM or CDMS, COHN, CRRN, CCM) is preferred
Additional Requirements
- QRC licensure required in good standing
