Job Summary
Conduct detailed analysis of legal entities to identify exposures, complete loss analysis, assign workers compensation classification codes, and determine appropriate pricing within authority levels. Establish a disciplined approach to review and manage risk to approve profitable business, while developing effective relationships with colleagues throughout the WC review process. Present workers compensation business for carrier approval and provide consultative advice to management on pricing guidelines and procedures. Comply with all policies and standards while building consensus between Sales and WC Pricing Team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience underwriting workers compensation
Desired Qualifications
- experience utilizing Salesforce or similar platform
- experience with the Professional Employer Organization business model
- AINS or AU
