Job Summary
The Workers’ Compensation Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of the practice’s workers’ compensation operations, ensuring efficient handling of claims and documentation. This role requires strong knowledge of Florida Workers’ Compensation laws and excellent communication skills. You will manage a small team and serve as a liaison between employees and insurance entities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workers’ compensation claims management
- Leadership or supervisory experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
- Prior experience as a workers’ compensation claims adjuster or case manager strongly preferred
