Bill 225+ hours monthly with transparent bonuses of $1,000 at 225 hours plus $40/hr above that, and mentor junior associates through the WC boot camp and shadow-the-partner programs. Requires 5+ years of experience, active California Bar admission, and a commitment to WC defense as a long-term career destination.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience
- Active California Bar admission
- Ability to provide a realistic, sustainable monthly billing number (not an all-time peak)
