Job Summary
Claims leadership role overseeing a team of workers’ compensation professionals. Manages claim resolution activities, sets expectations, coaches staff, drives training and development, and monitors performance. Focuses on quality, customer service, and timely disposition of claims per company protocols while managing expenses and collaborating with internal/external partners (underwriters, SIU, Recovery Services, brokers, and vendors). Develops data-driven strategies to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and outcomes; maintains dashboards, ensures regulatory compliance, and participates in or leads project initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, typically seven years of related experience, and strong leadership capabilities. Hybrid work arrangement supported in multiple U.S. locations.
