Job Summary
Analyze Virginia Workers Compensation claims to determine benefits due and ensure ongoing adjudication meets service expectations. Investigate and gather information to assess claim exposure, then process claims through action plans to timely resolution. Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate claim activity with claimants and clients. Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to direction requests professionally. This role requires 4+ years of claims management experience and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Starting pay ranges from $80K to $90K for this remote position.
