Job Summary
The Workers' Compensation Case Manager will oversee a high-volume workers’ compensation caseload (200+ cases anticipated), coordinating with attorneys, medical providers, and insurers from intake to final resolution. Responsibilities include lifecycle management, document preparation and filing, medical scheduling (PQME/QME), maintaining case management systems, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met, and delivering clear, empathetic client communication. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple cases, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred. Hybrid work arrangement offered after 90 days in Southern California (office + remote).
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years workers’ compensation case management or related role (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Familiarity with WCAB/EAMS procedures, PQME/QME scheduling, DOR filings, and medical record organization
- Experience with case management systems (Litify or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain legal concepts clearly
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
