Handle workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution, managing files, deadlines, and case strategy across an active caseload. Communicate with clients regarding benefits, treatment, status, and next steps while preparing and reviewing filings, applications, and other workers' compensation documents. Appear for hearings, conferences, and proceedings before the relevant board or tribunal, working with medical records, wage information, and supporting documentation to advance claims. Negotiate settlements and collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently. This full-time, on-site role in Lower Manhattan requires 3+ years of workers' compensation attorney experience and New York bar admission. Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of workers' compensation attorney experience
  • Admitted to practice in New York
  • Strong familiarity with workers' compensation claims handling and appearances

  • Organized, responsive, and comfortable in a fast-paced plaintiff-side environment
