Job Summary
Workers’ Compensation Attorney with at least 1 year of California WC experience, in-office in California, will manage a full caseload from inception to resolution, appear at hearings, supervise a team of case managers, draft pleadings and settlement documents, lead settlement negotiations, and ensure WCAB procedural compliance; requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with bilingual Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Bar license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of workers’ compensation experience
- Strong knowledge of WCAB procedures and California labor code
- Prior experience supervising or mentoring staff is a plus
