Job Summary
Attorney with at least 1 year of California workers’ compensation experience to manage a full caseload, supervise a team of case managers, appear at hearings, draft pleadings and settlement documents, lead settlement negotiations, ensure WCAB procedures and deadlines are met, and oversee litigation from inception through resolution in an in-office role based in Los Angeles; responsibilities include client communications, coordinating with adjusters and medical providers, reviewing case manager work, and maintaining high-volume caseload efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Bar license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of workers’ compensation experience
- Strong knowledge of WCAB procedures and California labor code
