Workers Compensation Associate Claim Representative

Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies, claim processes, systems, and procedures while assisting in reviewing, investigating, and documenting Workers Compensation claims under close supervision. Investigate, develop, and evaluate action plans for claim resolution, assess coverage, and determine compensability including evaluating claims for potential fraud. Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers to communicate claim status to all parties, maintain accurate records in claim management systems, and coordinate medical treatment to return injured parties to work. Acquire and maintain relevant Insurance License(s) within three months of starting the job. This program typically lasts up to 12 months, with successful completion enabling independent claims handling and progression toward full responsibility.
