Job Summary
Morgan & Morgan seeks a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney in Cincinnati to handle a heavy, complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial. Responsibilities include drafting and filing litigation documents (pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, memoranda), guiding clients through the case process, coordinating with expert witnesses (reports and affidavits), and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial. Requirements include a law degree from a fully accredited school, active Ohio State Bar membership, minimum 5+ years of workers’ compensation experience, and strong writing and oral advocacy skills; the role emphasizes high-volume case management and excellent client service. Required Qualifications
