Job Summary
Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses, manage document production, and attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events while providing thorough reports. Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary. Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants. This membership track role includes formal mentorship, defined benchmarks, and hybrid work options for attorneys with 1-5 years of experience licensed in South Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina, or have pending South Carolina bar exam results
- 1-5 years of practice experience
