Job Summary
Experienced Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney needed to join a reputable firm. Provide expert legal counsel in workers' compensation cases, conduct investigations and analyses to develop effective strategies, represent clients in hearings and trials, collaborate with colleagues, and stay current with changes in relevant laws and regulations. Requires 1-3 years of workers' compensation experience and Georgia bar admission. Preferred: experience with crossover cases (e.g., personal injury, employment law) and familiarity with O.C.G.A. and the Workers' Compensation Act. This is a full-time role based in Atlanta, GA.
