Workers Compensation Adjuster (TX)

Hybrid Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner role based in Irving, TX, responsible for managing Texas WC claims from intake through resolution, conducting prompt investigations (including statements and interviews), analyzing medical records and wage reports, coordinating with providers, ensuring medically necessary care, and supporting return-to-work planning. Requires familiarity with Texas WC regulations (TDI-DWC/Texas Labor Code), accurate documentation, and the ability to collaborate with employers, injured workers, medical providers, attorneys, and nurse case managers while supporting settlement opportunities within authority and pursuing subrogation when appropriate. Certifications such as AIC, ARM, or WCCP are preferred but not required.
