Job Summary
Conduct grain receiving, inspection, and storage operations including probing trucks, weighing loads, and gathering product samples. Monitor grain handling equipment to identify issues, perform minor maintenance, or escalate problems as needed. Assist with loading grains onto rail cars, trucks, and vessels while operating mobile equipment and performing bin clean-outs. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, lifting up to 75 pounds and climbing heights up to 180 feet. Requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and ability to operate mobile equipment. Standard shift runs from 12pm to 9pm with pre-shift meetings at 11:45am.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years' relevant experience
- Ability to operate mobile equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
- Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 180 feet
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures
- Ability to work 12pm - 9pm as their standard shift
- Showing up for pre-shift meetings at 11:45am
- Must be able to comply with all safety protocols, policies, procedures
Desired Qualifications
