Job Summary

Receive, store, handle, package, and ship raw materials and products while operating mobile equipment, driving manual-transmission vehicles, and performing front-end loader operations to move cob into trucks. Maintain steady downstream production by dumping material into pits, cleaning overflow areas with shoveling, and assisting with general facility needs during downtime. Perform basic quality inspections, record operational data, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental programs in a physically demanding, non-climate-controlled environment involving heights up to seven stories. Requires moderate supervision and cross-training flexibility to support overall plant efficiency.

Required Qualifications

1-2 years' relevant experience
Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of time
Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds
Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feet
Must be able to safely operate mobile equipment
Must be able to drive manual-transmission vehicles
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures
Must be able to work in dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfaces
Must have a strong safety mindset
Must be willing to train, cross-train, and assist in other areas of the facility as needed
Must be able to work overnight
Must be able to work in a physically demanding, non-climate-controlled environment
Must be able to work at heights of up to six to seven stories
