Job Summary
Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of products, including packing, general labor, straightening, and counting to specification. Monitor and assist in identifying foreign materials, while notifying supervisors of any abscess, mechanical, or material issues. Rotate through various positions as needed and maintain a safe, clean work area adhering to all GMP and safety policies. Work in a fast-paced, non-temperature controlled environment across different plant areas. Extended hours are required based on production needs, including after regular business hours and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old to apply and not currently enrolled in high school
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to tolerate a non-temperature controlled environment with very cold/hot conditions
- Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Quality, safety-minded, reliable, precise, and self-motivated
- Good communication, math, read and writing skills
- Able to complete Quality, Safety training
- Punctual and good attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
