Job Summary
Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing, packing, and counting of products along a production line. Monitor for foreign materials, notify supervisors of mechanical or material issues, and rotate through various positions as needed. Maintain a safe and clean work area while complying with all GMP and safety policies. Work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours, including weekends and overtime, in temperature-controlled or non-controlled areas. This production operator role is part of Monogram Foods' expanding team of over 3000 members across eight processing plants dedicated to value-added food products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old to apply and not currently enrolled in high school
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to tolerate a non-temperature-controlled environment with very cold/hot conditions
- Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Quality, safety-minded, reliable, precise, and self-motivated
- Good communication, math, reading and writing skills
- Able to complete Quality and Safety training
- Punctual and good attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
