Worker Engagement Specialist

Job Summary
Lead the deployment of digital worker voice programs in workplaces in Jordan; lead supplier platform training and technical support; lead case management of grievances in programs with a digital grievance mechanism; liaison with suppliers and brands for remediation; support development and updating of onboarding materials; maintain regular communication with supplier management and internal deployment teams; gather client and supplier feedback to inform platform advancements; role requires remote collaboration with a global team and some evening meetings with Canada/Europe; preferred background in social compliance or labour rights with knowledge of supply chains, ethical procurement, grievance mechanisms, and sustainability; 5+ years in global supply chain delivering social or labour impact projects; fluent in English and Arabic; based in Jordan; occasional national travel. Start date 2026; External contractor/part-time consultancy; Amman, Jordan.
Required Qualifications
