Job Summary
Execute Workday User Access Reviews across global Business Units and maintain compliance with operating procedures. Monitor access controls for hiring, termination, and role changes while ensuring all design changes are recorded in tracking documentation. Collaborate with the Workday Security Manager to automate processes and champion continuous improvement recommendations. Maintain comprehensive UAR process documentation and support Workday project deployments within the global Finance, Projects, and People functions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience working in a global ERP deployment and/or BAU environment
- Understanding of Security and Access Management design model in ERP including personas and segregation of duties within HR, Finance and Professional Services functions
- Experience of Tier 1 ERP solutions including Workday, SAP, Oracle and Dynamics 365
- Experience maintaining and monitoring User Access
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and time and task management
- Creative solutioning and strong problem-solving skills with agility for fast and simple solutions
