Job Summary

Lead change management and training across Workday implementations and AMS engagements to drive organizational readiness, user adoption, and post-go-live enablement. Collaborate with functional consultants to understand Workday configuration and downstream impacts, conduct change impact assessments, design and deliver role-based training (including instructor-led sessions, job aids, and demos), lead stakeholder engagement across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations, facilitate workshops to clarify future-state processes and user experience, support testing cycles (UAT, payroll testing), measure adoption and readiness metrics, and provide hypercare and post-go-live support. Contribute to accelerators, training frameworks, and reusable change artifacts to accelerate deployments.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational enablement, ideally within ERP or HCM implementations
  • Hands-on experience supporting Workday deployments (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, or Financials)
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes and how configuration decisions impact end users
  • Experience with change impact assessments
  • Stakeholder analysis and engagement
  • Communication planning
  • Training development and delivery
  • Adoption measurement and reporting
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing workshops and training sessions
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage both end users and executive stakeholders
  • Experience working in consulting environments with multiple concurrent projects
  • Preferred: Workday partner certification (any functional area)
  • Preferred: Experience supporting multi-country or global deployments
  • Background in HR, Payroll, or Operations
  • Familiarity with Workday deployment methodologies (Launch, Launch Express, or similar)
