Job Summary
The Consultant II, Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Time Tracking and Absence Post Production Consultant will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday solutions, addressing issues as they arise. Candidates should possess Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification, alongside at least 1 year of relevant post-production support experience. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, guiding consultants, and developing sales materials as necessary. The role requires strong knowledge of absence plans and time tracking concepts, as well as exceptional customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification
- 1+ years Workday Time Track and Absence post-production support experience with a Workday partner
- Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
Desired Qualifications
- Global Time Tracking and Absence experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
