Looking for a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Consultant to implement Workday solutions for clients. Responsibilities include managing client implementations, delivering high-quality solutions, defining and building HR processes, and potentially managing a team of consultants. Must have required Workday certifications and experience in implementing configurations and gathering requirements, with a passion for exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Time Tracking Certification
- Workday Absence Certification
- 1+ years experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations
- 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday solutions
- Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, and related areas
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to interact with clients and co-workers effectively
