Job Summary
Lead Workday Human Capital Management system integrations from initial assessments through full transformations, designing and developing code for Studio, EIB, and core connectors to enable seamless data exchange between Workday and third-party systems. Manage a team of integration consultants during deployments, develop high-quality integrations, and engage with vendors to complete technical work. Collaborate directly with clients to deliver requirements and design documents, while communicating technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams. Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive constant innovation and process improvement. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and one or more years of Workday implementation and integration development experience. The position offers a salary range of $130,000.00-$216,000.00 and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and 401(k) plans.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
- Active and maintained TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) or more years' experience implementing Workday
- One (1) or more years' experience with integration development
- Experience with modern integration technology (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology
- Implementations involving deploying within a federal environment
- Familiarity with Department of War or Intelligence Community customers
- Experience working in HR environments with an understanding of the issues facing organizations
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations
