Job Summary
Workday Talent & Performance Consultant responsible for leading client discovery sessions and design workshops for Workday Talent and Performance; advising on performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning; configuring and deploying Workday Talent & Performance modules (e.g., Performance Review templates, Goals Management, Talent Review frameworks, Succession Planning, Career & Development tools); designing and optimizing Business Process Frameworks and security/domain policies; building custom reports; leading end-to-end Workday implementations; managing configuration, data loads, testing, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare; providing ongoing optimization and support; strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Talent & Performance configuration experience
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM architecture and business process design
- Proven experience leading client workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Experience with reporting (custom reports, calculated fields) and loading data using EIBs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client priorities and deadlines
