Job Summary
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices for Workday Talent & Performance modules to build functional solutions meeting client objectives. Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies while supporting workshops, discussions, and cross-functional collaboration with client counterparts, external vendors, and Workday to achieve robust solutions. Shape solutions leveraging Workday's native AI and machine-learning capabilities to drive smarter talent processes, utilizing GenAI-enabled accelerators to speed up design, testing, and documentation. Contribute to Accenture's library of AI-powered Workday assets and leading practices, organizing performance cycles and driving innovation through new industry-leading methods.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules as consultant or driving this in a client organisation
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed
- Ability to efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
- Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Experience in organising and running Performance cycles using Workday in different organisations
- Experience in Workday Learning, Employee Experience or other Workday modules
- Up to date Workday Talent & Performance certifications
