Job Summary
Workday Systems Analyst to configure, troubleshoot, and support multiple Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Onboarding, Security, Benefits, Adaptive Learning, and Talent & Performance); gather requirements, document, educate clients, configure business processes, manage releases, security, data integrity, audits, and proactive monitoring; troubleshoot complex system issues, implement scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional projects; develop advanced reports and analytics using EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services; provide user training, documentation, and SOPs to drive adoption and compliance; collaborate with HR, IT, Compliance, and Finance to meet current and future-state needs. The role requires 5+ years of Workday administration and configuration, deep expertise across modules, and strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday administration and configuration experience
- Deep configuration expertise in Core HCM plus at least 3 additional Workday functional areas
- Demonstrated experience leading Workday implementations, optimizations, or major enhancement projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
