Workday Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting Workday-related issues, resolving defects through testing, configurations, and integrations. Take ownership of the platform to ensure systems function correctly while converting business requirements into technical specifications. Train end-users on functionality, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new reports and optimize workflows. Test production changes to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Act as a subject matter expert by staying current on new features and identifying opportunities for system improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday system administration or analysis, with a focus on implementation and post-implementation support
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving defects in a Workday environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
