Job Summary
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Learning and related technologies to support enterprise learning programs, compliance training, and workforce development initiatives. Partner with Learning & Development leaders to design scalable solutions for learning assignments, campaigns, curricula, and automated enrollments while managing content governance and business processes. Design dashboards, compliance reporting, and analytics to track learner engagement and workforce readiness, evaluating AI-enabled capabilities to improve delivery and experience. Collaborate across People & Culture, Learning, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of learning processes across the employee lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of Workday, HRIS, or workforce systems experience
- preferably including Workday Learning
- Experience configuring or supporting learning management systems (LMS), learning technologies, or talent development platforms
- Knowledge of learning administration, compliance training, certification management, and workforce development programs
- Strong Workday reporting and analytics capabilities
- Experience supporting enterprise learning, talent management, leadership development, or compliance education programs
- Experience with Workday Learning configuration, learning campaigns, curricula, certifications, and learner engagement strategies
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Workday Pro Certification in Learning or progress toward certification
- Exposure to AI-enabled learning technologies and digital adoption solutions
