Job Summary
Workday Specialist to implement, configure, and support Workday modules (HCM, Talent and Performance, and Recruit). Act as the HR Technology SME, partnering with HR functional teams and developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage changes through the software development lifecycle. Responsible for successful Workday deployments from project initiation to production rollout, including configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer. Deliver scalable, best-practice HRIS solutions, provide ad-hoc reporting, troubleshoot issues, maintain data structures, and contribute to HR-wide initiatives and documentation. Strong emphasis on customer service, process improvement, and maintaining policy-compliant configurations across global users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business or related field
- Minimum 3-5 Workday experience
- Involvement in at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation project
- Experience in at least two Workday modules (HCM, Talent and Performance, and/or Recruit)
- Able to work in a multinational technology organization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex reporting capabilities
