Job Summary
Workday Reporting & Data Analyst (HCM) designing and delivering high-impact Workday dashboards and reports to empower HR leaders. Partners with HR, Workday experts, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable reporting, maintain and optimize custom reports for efficiency, ensure data accuracy and governance, build Power BI dashboards, and contribute to enterprise data initiatives including data warehouse or semantic models. Serves as a subject-matter expert in Workday reporting, collaborating with ERP/IT partners to expand reporting capabilities and improve accessibility, with a strong focus on data integrity and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Workday Reporting
- Workday Report Writer certification (preferred)
- Advanced skills in Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Power BI and Office 365
- Experience in data warehouse initiatives and HCM data within semantic models
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain reporting solutions using SharePoint and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
